- Log into the eCompliance application on your mobile device
- Click the options menu at the top left corner
- Select "Settings"
- Tap "Language"
- Select one of the 6 available Languages from the menu
Can I view eCompliance on my mobile device in a different language than on the Web?
Yes, you can change the language settings on the mobile app to a different language. You may also choose to synchronize the language on your mobile device to the selection you've made on your web profile.
Does the Default Site Language override my preferred language settings on the mobile device?
No, your preferred language setting will take precedence over any default site language. The default site language will only take effect if you have not made any preferred language selection in your settings for a particular organization to which you belong.
